Planets of Galaxy Qubart need not worry any longer! CANCER TROOP 4 IS HERE! Have JELLYS eaten your moons? Suns? Harvest worlds? MAYBE EVEN YOUR OWN HOME? Step aside as our fearless team descends into the depths of your planet, to seek out these infamous, parasitic world killers! Dr. Jerod, expert in all things JELLY, heads our valiant group! Following him is his colleague science officer Redd. Always ready for a fight is Chief of Security Berto B, and last but not least their trusted robot C-5000. Tune in as they travel from planet to planet, making new friends as they exterminate the evil, symbiotic, jellacness mecha-bugs known as JELLYS! Fear and danger is around every corner, but hope and victory is seconds away as we follow CANCER TROOP 4.

I quite like this entry and was really expecting it to rank higher Its a tough thing to compete but certainly keep up the good work!
This is so cute and colorful! Very stylized but not simple in the least. It really sucks that you're in ninth place. I would love to see more of this.
Also, I could totally see these guys on some t-shirts at Threadless. Maybe you could submit to there if you lose on Zuda. I'd buy a t-shirt of this. And a book, too, come of that.
I really like the colours and the overall art style, main elements of the story are set and the plot seems quite fun. I would like to see more.

I love this. Original, clean & bright, awesome all around. I sorta wish it didn't have the 'cancer' label attached, but it doesn't make that much difference. It's like Fear Agent for all ages. And I love the guy with the Pringles mustache. The action in the last two panels does seem to get a little confusing, but I still dig this way more than everything else this round. Got my VOTE. Great job.

Personally, I found the last page disturbing - not for any artistic reasons - save for the fact that my nickname in college was Berto... ;-) Bottom line, I think the art is really cool and I like your concept. Best wishes on this one!

My personal favorite this month. I'm also surprised this hasn't ranked higher. The title makes me a little uncomfortable, but I love the style. You have my vote, and I've added to my favorites.

I like your art style - very clean and colourful. I was expecting the story to be much more 'kid-ish,' so thank you for proving me wrong there. This comic definitely has potential and the characters were quite entertaining. Is it terrible that my favourite is C-5000? Three perfectly nifty little guys and I fall for the glowy pyramid. *rolls eyes*

I like the art, and especially the monster design (perfect camouflage...), but the story was slightly boring and some elements/panel transitions were confusing. I guess what I was missing most was clarity, and having to stop and go back to previous pages to understand what was going on didn't help... I wasn't going back to see how brilliant something was; I was going back because I was like, "Oh, wait, what?" Not terrible, not great.
Wow! Great character design, great style, awesome coloring. I think this has a pretty great cute as heck, all ages feel to it, without taking away the ability to tell whatever story you want with it. I'm not sure I got enough of an understanding of the story without reading the synopsis to make this set of screens completely hook me, but I do like it.
The artwork was clean, the coloring grabbed my attention, and each character definately had their own voice and personality. Not too "cutesy". Good job!

i dig you two working together on this one! i like the designs and the dialogue plenty. my one nag is that... the jellies don't seem to be too... offensive. scary, fearsome? yeah. but... the guys had to kind of go out of their way to find one to stop it from wreaking galactic havok. oh well, i still like it, and would dig seeing the mysterious 4th member.
