I really liked this. Beautiful art and cool action. My only complaint is that the father looks too young. Other than that I really think you did an awesome job. Keep up the fantastic work!

Ha! "His blow has rendered me unconscious." WTF? She doesn't SEEM very unconscious... Anyway, this comic has pretty art, some of the time, although it seems to rely on coloring for most of it, and some of that is a little overworked. The transition from dragon-slaying at the beginning to whatever was happening during the last 6 pages was confusing, and nothing really happened, story-wise, anyway. Nice fan-service at the end, there, but otherwise a boring and pointless comic. Should have had one page of the dad dying and one page of the girl getting her shiny new sword, and dedicated the rest to something actually HAPPENING.

@Chris Lawson & @zero-warrior : thanks for the comments, well, about the cliches, it's all i can do in very limited pages, i can't reveal everything in just 8 pages, and it was only a prologue.

I found it a bit cheesy and generic. How many times have we seen over and over in fiction, the hot babe who's kicking ass while still looking good doing it. Or the hero who swears revenge by using a weapon that (s)he used to only marvel at? Actually its okay to use those cliches, as long as your content is original enough to make your comic stand out, and I just dont get that feeling on this one.

Art was good, although sometimes revealing an amateur quality (eg. the shirtless white haired villain looks really wonky). Good setup for a revenge plot, but characters have cliched personalities that I've seen a million times. I could reaaaally go without the sexual fan service, especially at the end when she adorns her battle-thong.

@Tyler_James : hi, thanks for your comment and critics, actually i made that jumpy time and scene on purpose, kinda non-linear type of story telling, but i never thought it'll become difficult to read, my mistake then. And yes indeed, english is not my first language, and i'm a crappy writer.
@wei2k : got it man, thanks for you comment.

There's some nice art but I wish it wasn't quite so much hot girls and guy with abs. Makes it seem more like fan art. And the story is a bit too over dramatic; wish there was a bit more subtlety in the way it was told.

Beautiful art and coloring. I wish the storytelling was a little clearer. You jumped around time and place a bit too much, which made following the narrative difficult. Also, going the many small panel route without an establishing shot to set the scene can leave the reader lost. You can only do this so much before you risk losing audience. Also, working with an English as first language editor would have helped (I'm assuming English is not your first language.) Some of the dialogue is a little too on the nose and unnecessary.

Still, strong entry and wish you the best of luck. Hope to see more from you.

The art is nice, if not excessively boobalicious. The story was told a little sloppily. The narration switches from a storyteller to the expositional thoughts of the main character on the second page. Considering the setting, the former fit excellently, and the latter did not. I doubt the character would've known a word like "Zombie" which has African roots, she would probably use a different expletive than "son of a-" They undermine the authenticity of the story, it doesn't feel genuine, like a legend, but it feels like that's what you were trying for.

This felt like Onimusha, but it just didn't capture my interest. No offense, it is just that it was the vague beginning of a supernatural, revenge plot.

Samurai sword and mystical zombie action has me intrigued. Sadly, I'm not a fan of the ultra-digitalised style and the dialgue errors bring it down. I'm also put off by that once again a female hero is offered up as a sex object (which I'm really sick of seeing in comics overand over). There' a promising story and nice action here though, it's just as shame that those things kill it for me personally.

In 2013, the Demon Gate, a portal that connects our world with the underworld was opened, all the creatures and the spirits of the dark–realm are now able to cross through the gate, spreading terror and death upon mankind, turning the world into a land of chaos, a hunting ground with all humans as their prey. Now, after 60 years since the gate opened, the world has turned back into the dark age, technologies, cultures, civilization, everything has been swept away. Among the survivors, there are some people with supernatural abilities; some stands for humanity and salvation, and others stand for their own ambition for power, ignoring everything including their own humanity. Between those leagues there is a man who stands alone against the darkness, Gabriel Raves, he has a demonic power in his left hand. The origin of that power is still unknown, even for Gabriel himself. For years he has been wandering alone in search of his forgotten past, until he met Yuki Ishimori, a female-ninja with high level of exorcism skill, in search of her father’s murderer. Their different goal has led them into the same path, the origin of the darkness itself.
