Like how the palettes match the mood of the page. Cool Colors. Really interesting story, my sympathy for the hostage, ...makes me curious as to the outcome! Good One.

Great strip! Very intense. The concept of having the reader be the main character in the story is a very challenging thing to do, period. Using that technique with this type of story where the person is forced into such an impossible choice is great. Would love to see this unfold.

I like the art, you could use more shadow though. Great format and interesting story. More could be done to up the anti but it is a very promising start.

Pretty cool, love the art. It has a nice, gritty/cartoony style that really makes it stand out, and the coloring effects just make it pop even more. The story isn't too bad either. Lookin' good so far. Good luck!

That comic filled me with Anxiety. Which, I'm assuming, is the current emotion of the protagonist. Well done indeed.

good stuff dark and gritty just the way I like it very, interesting with the POV style as well, The monochromeish for the most part color scheme with the exception of red. Is the blue showing how hes currently living in a daze or depressed? Is the sepia showing how he feels like his life is started to fall apart when all this went down? or am I reading to far into the background? lol

Interesting story. The drawing has a crude, rough feel (I mean that in a good way) which works with your theme, I think the colouring is excellent. POV and framing is a cut above too. I love the paunchy boss. More!

While looking for knock-off designer handbags in Chinatown, a couple and an Asian merchant are confronted by the local street tough, Raymond Galigari. Raymond is there to collect ‘protection money’ from the Asian merchants. Seeing an opportunity, Raymond and his goons kidnap the couple and present a choice to the main character: assassinate one of two children and the girlfriend is set free. Not completing the task leaves the girlfriend’s fate in the hands of bloodthirsty gangsters. The reader of Unconscious Life shares the same point of view as the main character; in essence the reader is the main character of this story. Whatever the main character sees or does, the reader sees it as if through their eyes.
